US Customers: Minimum postage is $4.00--includes up to two items. Add $1.00 for each additional item. Books will be shipped by either UPS or US Postal Service. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery. MD residents please add 5% sales tax.

Foreign Customers: You will be billed separately for shipping. Payment must be in US funds drawn on a US bank. Visa/Mastercard purchases save time and bank fees--include credit card number with expiration date and type of card with your order.
